Who are you in our On IT! Story?
An Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing customers to increase loyalty.
- Understand the specific needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Expand collaboration by offering new services or products relevant to the customer.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating internally with the appropriate departments.
- Ensure contract renewals and achieve financial objectives within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Customer-orientation
- Flexible, accurate & control minded
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Skills:
- Understanding of ICT products and services, including software, hardware, and telecommunications
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Skills in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Fluent in NL/FR/ENG
