Digi Consult joins the Classo Technology Group (CTG)
Following the entry of technology platform On IT into its
capital earlier this year, Belgian technology holding company CTG is moving to
further implement its strategic plan.
The renowned Flemish “on-site ICT” company Digi Consult
of Denderleeuw, known among other things for its services around Ricoh
products, document management and interactive meeting solutions, joined CTG on Oct. 26,
.
Ivan Verhasselt, former owner of Digi Consult, remains
as CEO and will continue to grow Digi Consult with all of his team.
He himself also joins the CTG Management team in his role as Head of Sales and
the Board of Directors.
