Who are you in our On IT story?
You are the indispensable link in supporting our customers’ IT infrastructure. From analyzing failures to proactively solving recurring problems: thanks to your efforts, our customers can concentrate on their core business. You work both remotely and on-site at customers in the Limburg region.
Responsibilities:
User Support
- Provide support for hardware and software related problems through:
System and device management
- Install, configure and maintain IT systems and mobile devices.
- Perform technical interventions, performance analyses and safety checks to ensure optimal operation.
Technical troubleshooting
- Identify and analyze technical problems and potential threats.
- Proactively develop and propose solutions to prevent future complications.
Incident Management
- Register and follow up incidents according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of incidents and actions.
Process optimization
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, with an emphasis on efficient system administration and high-quality customer support.
Contract Management
- Proactively manage customer contracts, including monitoring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to further improve customer relationships and contractual arrangements.
Qualifications:
Education and experience
- You have a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a support engineer.
Technical expertise
- You have demonstrable knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 (O365) and Windows clients and servers.
- VMware and Active Directory.
- Storage Solutions and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Azure and networking and security.

- Cooperation and responsibility
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks.
- In more complex cases, you know the importance of collaboration and work smoothly with colleagues.
Communication skills
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
