As a hunter in sales, you play a critical role in driving business growth by seeking and acquiring new customers. Your proactive approach and ability to close deals quickly help expand our organization’s market reach. By constantly looking for new opportunities, you ensure a steady flow of new business. Your efforts are essential to the long-term success of the company.
Key Responsibilities (Non-limiting):
Acquisition of new customers
- You actively prospect and identify potential new customers.
- Market Analysis. You recognize opportunities and approach these prospects to convince them of the value of our services.
- Cold calling and initiating initial contacts does not deter you.
Building relationships:
- You will maintain and increase sales with existing clients by selling managed services and building lasting relationships.
- You will ensure excellent customer satisfaction and work to enhance customer loyalty.
Collaboration with the sales team:
- Work closely with other members of our sales team to develop and refine outbound prospecting processes.
- Sharing insights and strategies to improve overall team performance.
Negotiate and close:
- You negotiate deals and contracts to reach an agreement.
- Use strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
- You always keep in mind both customer needs and our business goals.
Networking:
- You will actively participate in events, trade shows and networking meetings to generate new leads and expand the network.
- Being the face of the company and ensuring that potential customers get to know and trust us.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
Experience:
- Experience in the IT industry is required, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of selling IT services.
- Knowledge of managed services is a plus, but extensive knowledge of IT services/services is essential.
Skills:
- You have a dynamic attitude and are communicatively strong. Experience is key to building lasting relationships with clients.
- Healthy dose of assertiveness and guts to open new doors/opportunities.
- Fluent in NL/FR/ENG.
