Who are you in our On IT story?
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our systems, solve problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology environment. Key Responsibilities (Non-limiting):
Expertise:
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking and Cloud services.
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects and ensure that they are completed on time and on budget.
- Continually evaluate and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability and security.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations and processes.
- Ensure infrastructure meets enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and communication:
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Innovation and progress:
- Staying up to date of the latest technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve infrastructure efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in ICT architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including networking, security and cloud technologies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Fluent in NL/FR/ENG.
