Are you a multitasker with a passion for sales? On IT! is looking for an Inside Sales specialist who seamlessly combines administrative tasks with proactive customer approach and strategic thinking. Join our team for a challenging and stimulating role!
- Customer engagement:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Providing technical information and support to customers.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly following up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about products and services.
- Market and product knowledge:
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Working with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales management:
- Handling the administrative aspects of sales, such as processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure a fluent process from receiving orders, data entry, checks, order information and coordination with other departments. Then to tracking, issue resolution and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Experience in our sector is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales role, is required.
- Skills:
- Understanding of ICT products and services, including software, hardware, and telecommunications
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Skills in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Fluent in NL/FR/ENG
