Who are you in our On IT story?

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base, acting as the link between our innovative solutions and our customers’ needs. Through your commitment and expertise, you will help companies optimize their communication and presentation, leading to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships:
    Maintain existing customer relationships.
    Identify new business opportunities.
    Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely solutions.
  • Advising customers:
    Informing customers about our audiovisual technology and printing solutions.
    Analyzing customer needs and advising on appropriate solutions.
    Demonstrating products and services to customers.
    Giving demos to customers about the full product range.
  • Prepare and present quotations:
    Prepare quotations and contracts.
    Present proposals to customers.
    Negotiate terms and prices.
  • Support the sales team:
    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
    Share market insights and customer feedback with the team.
    Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities:
    Assist in developing marketing materials.
    Participate in trade shows and events to represent our company.
    Contribute to online and offline promotional campaigns.
  • Track market trends and competitive analysis:
    Monitor market developments and trends.
    Analyze competitive activities.
    Share insights with the team to improve our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    A degree in a relevant field is not a must, but an advantage.
  • Experience:
    Ideally you will have had initial work experience in a similar position.
    Interest in our IT world is definitely a must.
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
    Healthy dose of competitiveness and performance orientation.
    Interest in audiovisual technology and printing solutions.
    Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
