Digi Consult joins the Classo Technology Group (CTG)

Following the entry of technology platform On IT into its
capital earlier this year, Belgian technology holding company CTG is moving to
further implement its strategic plan.

The renowned Flemish “on-site ICT” company Digi Consult
of Denderleeuw, known among other things for its services around Ricoh
products, document management and interactive meeting solutions, joined CTG on Oct. 26,
.

Ivan Verhasselt, former owner of Digi Consult, remains
as CEO and will continue to grow Digi Consult with all of his team.
He himself also joins the CTG Management team in his role as Head of Sales and
the Board of Directors.

Rudi Van Laer, Managing Director of Classo
Technology Group:

“From the start, CTG’s objective has been
to become a major Belgian player in business office technology to
Belgian companies and organizations.

With Ivan Verhasselt, we bring on board someone who
has the same vision and ambition as we do and who will use his experience to streamline the
sales approach and processes.

Thanks to the acquisition of Digi Consult, we will become a market leader in Flanders in one
stroke. We will use this position to offer an even
better local service to all our customers and, in addition to the
strong organic growth of the subsidiaries, further acquisitions
. Our strategic focus is therefore on further
geographic expansion.”

Ivan Verhasselt, CEO of Digi Consult:

“I had been convinced for some time that the only way we could play a relevant
role in the future with Digi
Consult was by collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs. During exploratory talks, it soon became apparent
that our visions corresponded almost one-to-one and we quickly
figured out to join forces.

Besides the obvious operational synergies brought by the
transaction, I am convinced that the strong story we are
now establishing with CTG, as a 100% Belgian company, will
be very well received by our customers and the market as a whole.”
