House of IT joins On IT with the goal of continuing to grow strong\n<\/o:p><\/b><\/p>

Following the initial acquisition of Classo in Antwerp on 01\nMarch 2019, the House of IT group has already grown strongly through organic growth and acquisitions (including\nthe Ghent-based ABK Services and Eres from Kortrijk). Today,\nthe technology holding company is taking the next step in consolidating its\ngrowth ambitions by joining On IT. At the same time, the name of\nHouse of IT has also been changed to Classo Technology Group (CTG). <\/b><\/o:p><\/p>

From the start, Classo\nTechnology Group’s objective has been to become a major Belgian player in the 3\nservice lines in which it specializes: Managed Document\nServices<\/b><\/a>, Interactive Meeting\nServices<\/b><\/a> and Office Guiding Solutions.<\/b><\/a>.\nWith synergy where needed, with similar offerings at each location, and most importantly\nwhile maintaining a local approach.<\/o:p><\/p>

Within On IT, Classo Technology Group will continue to expand\ninto a national service provider. With the same management and retention of all\npersonnel, CTG will further develop and strengthen its strategy, with the\nambition to become a market leader in on-site services for SMEs.\nTo this end, in addition to organic growth, it is also looking at strategic and tactical\nacquisitions. <\/o:p><\/p>

Supported by On IT’s central back office,\nCTC manages to offer the two worlds: efficiency and local service under\none roof. Whether customers are based in one location or count several Belgian\nbranches, they should always be able to count on a uniform,\nbut also local approach at CTG. <\/o:p><\/p>
