Who are you in our On IT story?<\/h2>

As a Security Expert, you\u2019ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in the field of cybersecurity. You\u2019ll conduct in-depth security assessments, translate technical risks into business impact, and guide clients through their security roadmap. You\u2019ll play a key role in the continued development of our Security Competence Center and support clients, sales, and technical teams with specialized expertise. <\/p>

Responsibilities<\/h2>

Security Assessments<\/h3>
  • Independently perform analyses of the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security posture.<\/li>
  • Evaluate conditional access, MFA, endpoint security, identity, and Active Directory.<\/li>
  • Analyzing vulnerability exposure and Zero Trust maturity.<\/li>
  • Assessing backup and recovery security, security logging, and monitoring.<\/li><\/ul>

    Reporting and Advice<\/h3>
    • Preparing risk analyses and maturity reports.<\/li>
    • Determining priorities and remediation plans.<\/li>
    • Presenting results to IT managers and senior management.<\/li>
    • Developing security roadmaps.<\/li>
    • Providing advice on governance, compliance, and architecture.<\/li><\/ul>

      Technical Validation<\/h3>
      • Detecting misconfigurations.<\/li>
      • Identifying risks related to privilege escalation and lateral movement.<\/li>
      • Performing exposure mapping.<\/li>
      • Assessing attack vectors and security controls.<\/li><\/ul>

        Security Consulting and Presales<\/h3>
        • Provide advice on security architecture.<\/li>
        • Supporting commercial opportunities.<\/li>
        • Determining the scope of projects and managed services.<\/li>
        • Translating audit results into security improvement initiatives.<\/li>
        • Developing assessment methodologies and standards within On IT.<\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications<\/h2>

          Experience<\/h3>
          • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in security consulting, cybersecurity advisory, security architecture, or security engineering.<\/li><\/ul>

            Technical expertise<\/h3>
            • Microsoft Security Stack and Identity & Access Management.<\/li>
            • Zero Trust architecture and vulnerability management.<\/li>
            • Security governance.<\/li>
            • Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Microsoft Security Best Practices.<\/li><\/ul>

              Certifications<\/h3>
              • Preferably one or more of the following certifications: SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH.<\/li><\/ul>

                Skills<\/h2>
                • Strong in strategy and analysis.<\/li>
                • Excellent communication skills.<\/li>
                • Can give presentations at the management and executive levels.<\/li>
                • Business acumen.<\/li>
                • Ownership and Leadership.<\/li>
                • Can guide clients through change processes.<\/li><\/ul>
